We want you to love your clean beauty essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition or gently used to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal, ensuring all old shipping labels are removed from your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
